hit and run accident

my grandson and his friend were crossing the road at the top of dudley road the quickfit end,he looked both ways but car came out of dudley road and knocked him over,he suffered bruising and a black,the driver did not stop,it was a silver pugeot type with flowers painted on it it was a female driver,it was reported to the police and they have not even kept in touch with my son about the accident he has to keep phoning them,whey bother with a police force when they cannot do there duty,there is cameras at the traffic lights by quickfit have they looked at the recording or is it to much trouble,its a good job he was not killed,keep a lookout for the car please.
